This week Apple is giving away “Flowing ~ Meditation & Mindfulness” app which usually costs $2.99 on the App Store. Flowing ~ Meditation & Mindfulness allows you to get better sleep, focus and productivity.

Apple’s iOS 10 release is dubbed as the “biggest iOS release ever” although it got off with a rough start on Tuesday. After moments of iOS 10 release, the social media was filled with complaints of “iOS 10 bricking their iOS device” from iPhone and iPad Pro users who attempted to install the upgrade via OTA.

The term “bricking” is used to describe devices that are rendered unusable due to a software or hardware fault. If your iPhone or iPad is “bricked” or stuck with the Apple logo, you can fix it by following the steps described later in this post. You’ll need a computer, with iTunes installed on it and a cable to fix the issue. More on this later. Let’s first see how to get iOS 10 update on your iPhone, or iPad.

Aiseesoft FoneLab is an easy-to-use application you can rely on to recover deleted personal data like contacts, messages, memo, videos or audio tracks from your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.

Aiseesoft FoneLab Review: Introduction

It may happen that you accidentally deleted some of your personal pictures or your personal songs from your iPhone. Most probably you will panic and try to restore your iPhone using iTunes backup or iCloud backup. Aiseesoft FoneLab is one of the applications designed specifically for those users who need to recover files from their iOS devices with only a few mouse clicks. It’s a light on resources and a useful recovery application. The only downside is that you cannot recover anything unless you purchase it first. The 15 days trial version is useless as it only shows you deleted files.

Apple introduced support for third-party keyboards on iPhone and iPad since iOS 8. Since then many popular keyboards were ported to the iOS platform. Third-party keyboards are keyboards that generally offers features that are not offered by the stock iOS keyboard by Apple. For example some supports slide to type, animated GIF images, and more. Google recently foraged into the niche and launched their own keyboard, Gboard for iOS.

Do you love it when you get your music, apps, and other media automatically downloaded on your iPhone, or iPad, or iPod touch, after downloading it on another of your iOS device? Some do not prefer this and do not want all their iOS devices automatically download and sync music, apps, and other media. It does not matter which side you belong to, in this tutorial we will guide you through the best way to manage Automatic Downloads on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

What is Automatic Downloads in iOS

When you download something on one of your Apple devices, Automatic Download automatically downloads it on all of your other Apple devices to keep everything in sync. Apple uses iCloud to sync your downloads across all your devices and claims to enhance user experience. Although, that is more of a personal choice as some people finds Automatic Downloads annoying while some like it.

Automatic Downloads supports several different things on your iOS devices, be it an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. It supports the following:

  • Music
  • Apps
  • Books & Audiobooks
  • Updates

How to Configure Automatic Downloads in iOS

You can manage Automatic Downloads through the Settings app. You can get to it by launching the Settings app, then tap on iTunes & App Store, and in the right pane you will see preferences for Automatic Downloads.

Configure Automatic Downloads on iOS

Toggling the switch beside each category of Automatic Downloads will let you control it. As said earlier, it all comes to personal choice. Some people may prefer to have all their downloaded music in sync with all their Apple devices but may not want the same apps across all their devices. If you like Apple Music you may prefer to stream your music than downloading it on all your devices. Books and Audiobook lovers may prefer to only sync their collection of books while leaving everything else. Some people may prefer to automatically download app updates while some may not. So, what switches you toggle on or off here entirely depends on your personal choices.

Here, you can also toggle the use of cellular data for Automatic Downloads. We suggest you keep it off as normally cellular data is capped by your provider, and Automatic Downloads can eat up your limited data plans fast. Keeping this turned off will allow Automatic Downloads to resume downloads on Wi-Fi only.

Wrapping Up

As you can see, configuring Automatic Downloads settings on your iOS device is really very easy but how you set it up depends on how you use your Apple devices.

What Automatic Downloads set up do you prefer on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch? Share your configuration with us in the comments!

If you own a iPhone or iPad or any other Apple device you know you need iTunes installed on a Mac or Windows system to manage your device. iTunes no doubt works great until you want to do something that’s “unorthodox” in the eye’s of Apple. Unlike Android, accessing iOS filesystem and your data like photos, music and videos can be a headache.

Before you start a war on what I said about the close filesystem, hear me out first. I agree the close filesystem has its own advantages but what I don’t like most about it is I cannot access my data directly when I am connecting my device to my Mac or PC without opening iTunes and syncing data. This also makes it impossible to optimize your device after say when you upgraded to the latest iOS version. Instead of getting a snappy performance you experience sluggish performance. You start blaming the new upgrade but what if you can clean the junk files and free up your device and make it fast again? Tenorshare iPhone Care Pro promises the same and more. The application is available for both Mac and Windows systems. Today we will review the latest version of Tenorshare iPhone Care Pro to find out if it really performs and lives up to its promises or not.
