    Hi Mezanul,

Thanks for the detailed review. I agree that their disk defragment utility is as good as the default windows one. However this is quite compensated by other amazing features and facilities in TuneUp.
Hand down I would rate it 5/5.

btw it consumes some good amount of memory on 1Click operation. I’m not sure if you noticed that on XP on 1Gb RAM.

    Hi Mezanul,

Thank you for this great review of TuneUp Utilities Version 2011. It’s really great to hear that you found the TuneUp Program Deactivator feature to be a huge performance improvement. There’s actually an interesting story behind why we created this feature. We just wrote a blog post on how we came up with the idea and we also share some of the initial screenshots and how our development cycle works. You can check it out here if you’re interested:

Thanks again for taking the time to review the software!

TuneUp is a great product, and has always been. But, with due respect to Mezanul, this is not a review. This is rather an advertisement. No wonder Alexandra got enthousiastic!
There are simply too many all too obvious reasons for this, so I will not bother mentioning them.
I would, for one, like to hear which defragmenter is on par with TuneUp’s one? But with this kind of unsubstantiated writing void of any referencies there is simply no added value in reading it.

Miško, thank you for your comment. We will try our best to improve our next product review and will also try to compare them with the others that we have reviewed earlier.

In this review, we were comparing TuneUp’s built-in defragmentor with Glarysoft Disk Speedup, reviewed earlier by us. We somehow overlooked and missed to mention about it in our review.
