Apple has released public beta of OS X 10.11.4 beta 3. Before released to the public, the betas were seeded to Apple developers two days ago. OS X 10.11.4 beta 3 brings many new features, improvements and updates to Apple’s desktop operating system including secure notes, live photos to messages, and other stability and performance improvements. Along with the release date, Apple also announced the availability of OS X 10.11 El Capitan GM build for all Mac users participating in the Mac Developer Beta and OS X Public Beta programs. OS X El Capitan will be available as a free update to the general public on September 30, 2015. The free update was first announced at Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference back in June, 2015.
