Download Windows 10 Build 10130 ISO Files Now, Available For Everyone

Microsoft has rolled out the official Windows 10 build 10130 ISO to all testers. Usually Microsoft releases new Windows 10 ISOs to the fast ring before it is made available to the slow ring. This time Microsoft made an exception by making the updated Windows 10 build 10130 available for all.

Gabriel Aul, head of the Windows Insider program, announced the availability of the new Windows 10 build 10130 ISOs. While making the announcement, Aul explained, “I know we said we would only release ISOs if we push a build to the Slow ring but we’re making a special exception today. We know that a bunch of Windows Insiders on the Fast ring are currently blocked getting to the latest build due a 0x80246017 error. With the ISOs, they can mount the image and upgrade directly from the ISO and get unblocked.”

He further explained that there are some bugs in this build that needs to be fixed before pushing the release button. Given that many Windows Insiders had a hard time installing the build via Windows Update, the availability of the new ISOs should come handy.

Officially, Windows 10 build 10130 ISOs are available for download but two newer builds are already leaked on the web. You should take caution when downloading them from file-sharing websites but if you trust the uploader you may want to install them and skip build 10130. FYI, the leaked builds are Windows 10 build 10134 and Windows 10 build 10135.

We expect the software giant to release a newer build of Windows 10 preview in the next few days. It’s expected to be available to the fast ring users first, slow ring users may have to wait a little longer. As the Windows 10 release date is getting nearer, you may want to consider switching from the slow ring to the fast ring for the next few weeks.
