What’s New in iOS 9.3 Beta 3

iOS 9.3 beta was introduced at the start of the year. It introduced new 3D Touch shortcuts on new iPhone, Touch ID-secured Notes, a new Night Shift mode for blue light reduction, and much more. Next, when Apple released iOS 9.3 beta 2, it added Night Shift toggle in Control Center and other tweaks.

Night Shift changes the display color temperature between sunset and sunrise to make screen reading easier on the eyes and encourage falling asleep easier. It works similarly to how the popular Flux utility works on the Mac.

The new Notes app in iOS 9.3 adds the ability to secure notes with a secure password plus Touch ID on compatible iPhone and iPad. Secure notes are only visible on iOS 9.3 and OS X 10.11.4 or later. It is not compatible with iCloud on the web yet.

If you have the new iPhone 6s and 6s Plus, you can get access to additional 3D Touch shortcuts starting with the iOS 9.3 beta. For example, using 3D Touch on the Settings app from the Home screen, you can quickly access battery, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and wallpaper options.

iOS 9.3 adds full Apple Music experience with For You and New sections as well as Nearby in Maps for CarPlay. iOS 9.3 also includes a major new education initiative with multi-user support and much more.
