Apple has released the iOS 9.3 Beta to the public. If you are daring enough to install a beta (buggy) build of iOS and want to test out all the new features coming in iOS 9.3 before everyone else, here’s how to install iOS 9.3 Public Beta on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch devices.
How To Install iOS 9.3 Public Beta On Your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch?
Installing iOS 9.3 Public Beta profile from Apple
Before you can download iOS 9.3 Public Beta on your iOS device, you need to install the iOS 9.3 Public Beta profile from Apple.
Final Reminder! iOS 9.3 Public Beta is a pre-release build and not suitable for production use yet. Expect it to be buggy and once you install it on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, do not expect the same level of stable performance as you are getting now.
On your iOS device, open https://beta.apple.com/profile website and sign in with your Apple ID. The Apple ID should be the same as you’re using now on your device. On the website, press the “Download profile” button, and then press the “Install” button in the upper right corner of the screen to install the profile. You need to agree to the license agreement by pressing install again. You will now receive a prompt to reboot your device. Reboot it and your device is ready to download iOS 9.3 Beta 1.
Installing iOS 9.3 Beta 1
After you have installed iOS 9.3 Beta 1 on your device and have rebooted it, go to Settings > General > Software Updates. You should see iOS 9.3 Beta 1 update available for download.
Before you go ahead to download and install iOS 9.3 Beta 1, make sure that your device is either charged fully or is plugged into a charger. Now, tap on the “Download and Install” button, and wait for the update to be downloaded and installed. During the installation process, your device will reboot a few times. Have fun trying out iOS 9.3 Beta 1 and do not forget to give feedback to Apple about any bugs that you meet.
